When we write in the flow state, everything feels easier, smarter, more magical, and closer to what our story wants to be.
A lot of research has been done on flow, and what happens to us when we’re in it.
Through these Find the Flow sessions, I guide you through several different writing practices to get you into the highly focused state of mind where magic (and true productivity) happens.
I also introduce and explain to the eight elements of the flow state, as studied by psychologist and researcher Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, and show you how to recognize and use them in your writing life.
All of my writing programs are designed to elevate this state of mind for your creative work. As you study with me, you will enter to this flow state regularly.
Start with these videos to learn how to build the flow state into your own writing practice. If you'd like to talk to me about my writing programs, book a free discovery call with me here.
